A short sale hardship letter is required by all lenders prior to evaluating a file for a short sale. We have a short sale hardship letter template in an easy to follow format to ensure the bank is provided all of the information the first time and in an easy to read format.

If you receive phone calls, you can tell the lender you have listed your home as a short sale and refer them to our office.
