Complete Short Sale Package
As short sale
experts, we know exactly what your lender expects to
evaluate your file for a short sale. As such, will
will prepare for you a list of all documents required for
your short sale package, and we will work with you to get
those documents collected and submitted to your lender.
Hardship Letter Template
A short sale
hardship letter is required by all lenders prior to
evaluating a file for a short sale. We have a short
sale hardship letter template in an easy to follow format to
ensure the bank is provided all of the information the first
time and in an easy to read format.
Take over communication with lenders
Once your list
your home for sale with Midas Realty Group as a short sale,
we will handle communication with your lender. If you
receive phone calls, you can tell the lender you have listed
your home as a short sale and refer them to our office.
The decrease in collection calls should be an immediate
relief, and handling those calls is part of the short sale
service we offer.
Homeowners may continue to live in
home
You may
continue to live in your home while the property is listed
for sale as a short sale- regardless of whether you are
current on payments or not (as long as the property has not
bee foreclosed upon).

Negotiations with your lender(s)
Once we receive
an offer or offers to purchase your property, we handle all
of the negotiations and communications with your lender
regarding your short sale.
As a homeowner
in distress, there is no charge to you for any of our short
sale Realtor services. Fees typically associated with the sale of a
property i.e.- title fees, escrow fees, commissions, termite
inspections etc.. are all negotiated to be paid by your
lender, so there is no out of pocket expense for you.
